Meet the makers behind the wonderful April Gin of the Month

Tucked away underneath a railway bridge in Bermondsey, London, you may hear a faint whirring, pops and fizzes and even the clang of a cowbell. No, you haven’t stumbled upon a mad scientists secret lab, this is the home of April’s Gin of the Month, the delicious Dodd’s craft gin, created exclusively for the Craft Gin Club.

We took a trip to the distillery to find out from Matt and Toby - head distillers of this wonderful spirit - to see exactly what they got up to underneath the arch and how this exclusive gin was born…
