Gin and rhubarb Ice lollies
Ingredients:
75ml gin
250ml Cawston Press Rhubarb
50g caster sugar
Sliced strawberries
Method:
Set out a six-hole lolly mould. Place a handful of sliced strawberries in each mould. Combine the gin, Cawston Press Rhubarb and caster sugar in a mixing glass, then stir until the Cawston Press Rhubarb loses its fizz. Divide the mixture between the moulds, push in the lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
