Gin-a-Colada
Ingredients:
50ml Manly Australian Dry Gin
25ml Coconut & Mango Gin-a-Colada Syrup
50ml pineapple juice
Squeeze of fresh lime (optional)
Method:
If you fancy your cocktail shaken, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and hard shake, then strain into a cocktail coupe. If blended is more your summer style, pour all the ingredients into a blender and blitz, then serve in a hurricane glass with a squeeze of fresh lime.
