You don’t want to spend your whole BBQ faffing about making cocktails every five minutes, but a summer barbecue calls for something more exciting than a fridge full of beers and your usual g&t! The answer? Punch! You can easily whip up a big jug in advance and then just stock the freezer with tonnes of ice and let everyone help themselves.
