You won't bee-lieve how yummy this honey, lemon & lavender gin cocktail is

As one of the greenest capital cities in the world, come springtime London’s verdant spaces are packed with flowers in full bloom and bees a-bumbling. Taste the sweetness of an urban spring in this Gin of the Month cocktail, developed for Craft Gin Club members by our resident gin expert! The Dodd’s Limited Edition Gin - an exclusive for our members - is made using honey collected from London bees, and the flavours in this cocktail make it’s unique botanicals sing.

40ml Dodd’s Limited Edition Gin
10ml honey
200ml Lovely Drinks Garden Lemonade
Lavender and lemon peel, to garnish

Put the gin in a cocktail shaker. Stir in the honey until it’s dissolved. Add ice, then shake and strain into a Collins glass packed with ice (lavender ice cubes are beautiful in this drink!). Top up with Lovely Drinks Garden Lemonade and garnish with a sprinkle of lavender and a twist of lemon peel.

Our tip: Use a tea strainer to infuse your cocktail with the flavours of the lavender garnish and remove the bits before you drink, if you prefer.
