Gin & Amaretto Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
25ml gin
10ml Amaretto
200ml almond milk
50ml double cream (for a vegan option, remove the cream and add another 50ml of almond milk instead)
35g melted dark chocolate (or 50g cocoa powder)
Marshmallows, to garnish (optional)
Method
Add your milk, cream (if using) and melted chocolate (or cocoa powder, if using), to a pan and
heat very gently for around 15 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning the milk. Once
your hot chocolate is ready and hot, pour it in a mug with the gin and amaretto. Give a quick stir to
combine, garnish and serve.
