Cocktail: Olivette

The Olivette is a refreshing lighter version of a classic. Combining the tasty goodness of St-Germain liqueur and vermouth.

Olivette

10ml St-Germain
25ml dry Vermouth
25ml Gin
Olive(s), to garnish

Combine your ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled Martini glass, garnish with an olive and serve.
