Spiked with some gin, this refreshing green juice is the gin and juice combo you didn’t know you needed. The green queen was a cocktail created based on the flavours of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding cake: Lemon and elderflower (which, conveniently, go very well with gin!)

Method:
- Roughly chop 2 cucumbers and blend in a food processor with elderflower cordial.
- Press through a sieve into a large pitcher pressing down hard on the pulp - discard any remaining pulp.
- Add gin and chill for an hour.
- Fill 6 tumblers with ice and pour in the cocktails, garnish with a slither of cucumber.
