Frozen Negroni
(Makes 2 cocktails)
If you're looking for an icy, boozy treat, this take on the Negroni is the perfect thing to have at hand.

Ingredients:
30ml gin
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth
90ml blood orange juice
crushed ice
2 sprigs thyme, to garnish
2orange slices, to garnish
Method:
- Combine all liquids in a blender with ice and purée.
- Start at lowest setting and gradually increase blender speed.
- Once smooth, pour mixture into two chilled glasses and garnish with sprig of thyme and slice of orange each.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
