Frozen Negroni

(Makes 2 cocktails)

If you're looking for an icy, boozy treat, this take on the Negroni is the perfect thing to have at hand.

Ingredients:

30ml gin
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth
90ml blood orange juice
crushed ice
2 sprigs thyme, to garnish
2orange slices, to garnish

Method:

1. Combine all liquids in a blender with ice and purée.
2. Start at lowest setting and gradually increase blender speed.
3. Once smooth, pour mixture into two chilled glasses and garnish with sprig of thyme and slice of orange each.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
