Black Cat Cocktail
Pinch of grapefruit zest
1 tsp Simple Syrup*
30ml Old Tom gin
30ml Mezcal
20ml Punt e Mes
20ml Amontillado sherry
Grapefruit twist
Method:
Muddle grapefruit zest and the simple syrup in a mixing glass.
Add all other ingredients and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist and enjoy!
*Heat equal parts sugar and water in saucepan and let cool
