Tasting Notes

Herbs, Green Olive & Lemon
Expect a classic herbal, grassy aroma with an unmistakable green olive brine character. A very light lemon citrus note plays throughout and the finish is smooth, with hints of rosemary and white pepper.

Perfect G&T

Sip it neat, pair it with tonic or mix up perfect Margaritas.
