You may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your box by contacting our team through your account, notifying us of your intent, and returning the box in line with our returns process.

No cancellation fees or administration charges apply. To qualify for a refund, the entire box must be returned together, with all items unopened, sealed, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of individual products from a box, bundle or set.

You may use any courier, though we recommend choosing a tracked service. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage and for ensuring the box arrives safely.

Once your box arrives at our warehouse and passes our quality check, we will refund the amount paid for the box.

How to return your box

• Ensure all items are included and returned in their original packaging. • Clearly write your order number on the outside of the box. You can find this on your original address label or request it from our team. • Send your return to:
