Bubble Fizz

Method:

Fill a tall glass with ice and add Six Bells Gin, lemon juice and syrup. Stir to combine, then top up with chilled soda water. Garnish with Popaball bursting bubbles.

20ml Six Bells Gin
10ml lemon juice
30ml Popaball syrup
Soda water, to garnish
