Who fancies a white chocolate Easter egg cocktail?

Called "The Bermondsey Bunny" to honour the birthplace of this month's Gin of the Month, the wonderful Dodd's Gin and garnished with Cadbury's mini eggs, this is the ultimate Easter cocktail to be shaking up this weekend!

Method:

Add the gin, creme de cacao and honey to a cocktail shaker and stir until the honey has dissolved. Add the egg white and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, so the egg white leaves a nice foam on the top and garnish with crushed up mini eggs - enjoy!

40ml gin
20ml creme de cacao blanc
10ml honey
1 x egg white
