Re-visit your childhood with this rhubarb float!

We’re celebrating the Great British Summer with Cawston Press - from picnics in the back garden, to summer evening strolls, when the sun shines in this country, there is no where else we would rather be! Add a couple of scoops of ice cream to the gorgeously tangy Cawston Press Rhubarb Sparkling drink, in June’s Gin of the Month box, and hey presto! You are transported right back to your hazy summer childhood!

Cawston Press Rhubarb Float

Ingredients:

2 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream
1 can Cawston Press Rhubarb

Method:

Scoop two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a tumbler or pint glass. Top with Cawston Press Rhubarb and serve with striped paper straws and a spoon. This tastes just like summer in a glass.
