Rose Between Two Thorns

This actually tastes as good as it looks! The spices of Christmas and the sweetness of rose is a real treat for your taste buds! We recommend a spice led gin, like Batch or Poetic Licence’s Fireside Gin, for this beauty!

Method:

1. Combine gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice in a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, then top up with chilled rose lemonade.
3. Garnish with a piece of fig, cut into a heart.

20ml elderflower liqueur
15ml fresh lime juice
Rose Lemonade, to top up
