Cucumber and Gin Cooler
1 x cucumber
30ml elderflower cordial
50ml gin
Ice
Cucumber slices (lengthways)
Add chopped cucumber and elderflower cordial to a food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the contents through a sieve (you may need a spoon to help it through) Add the gin and stir. Pour into a tumbler with ice and sliced cucumber and serve!
