Cocktail of the Week: Napue Pickle

You've never had a gin cocktail like this! Kyrö Distillery Company gives a whole new flavour to their amazing Napue Gin (August's Gin of the Month) with this truly unique tipple. Mix one up yourself and see!

Napue Pickle

40ml Napue Gin
20ml cranberry juice
1tsp red balsamic vinegar
20ml simple syrup
20ml sparkling mineral water

Method:

To make simple syrup, combine equal parts of sugar and water in a pot and simmer until thick. Allow to cool. To make the cocktail, add first four ingredients to a glass filled with ice. Stir well and top with sparkling water.
