Cocktail: Glendalough Hot Toddy

Keep warm this winter with this Glendalough Distillery version of the classic Hot Toddy! Check out how you can make this fabulous drink with your favourite gin (or January's Wild Botanical spirit) below.

Glendalough Hot Toddy

50ml Wild Botanical Gin
75ml Cloudy Apple Juice
75ml Cider
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 dashes of Orange Bitters
Pinch of Cinnamon
20ml Honey

Bring the cider to a simmer in a small pot, then add the apple juice, cinnamon, bitters and honey. Bring the liquid to a simmer and stir continuously for three minutes. Add the gin, stir and garnish with cinnamon and lemon zest – plus a pine or fir sprig if you have one. Serve while warm.
