Ingredients:
50ml Gin
25ml Elderflower cordial
Juice 1 x lemon
Method:
Add gin and elderflower cordial to a cocktail shaker packed with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pear fan - enjoy!
