Ginger, Rosemary & Redcurrant G&T

50ml Tarquin’s Cornish Christmas Gin
150ml aromatic tonic water
Fresh ginger slices, a rosemary sprig and a few redcurrants, to garnish

Pack a copa balloon glass with ice. Pour over the gin and tonic and then give it a quick stir. Garnish with the ginger, rosemary and red currants, then serve.
