Grapefruit Summer Punch
(Serves six)
150ml gin
300ml grapefruit juice
90ml elderflower syrup
600ml sparkling wine
Grapefruit wheels, to garnish
Combine all the ingredients in a punch bowl filled with ice and stir. Serve in rocks glasses with ice. Et voila!
