This easy summer cocktail recipe is an ideal treat on a hot sunny summer's day. Cool down with this tasty goodness that combines rosé, and gin. Does it get any better than a boozy slushie? Not really!

We’re a big fan of frozen cocktails, and this one is fruity, simple, and fabulous. The floral tones form the delicate elderflower syrup and the zing from the lemon juice is mouth-watering.

Frosé Cocktail

90ml sparkling rosé wine
50ml gin
20ml elderflower syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
6 strawberries, quartered

Add all the ingredients into a blender with ice and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into your chosen glasses and garnish with a strawberry. Et voila!
