The Spring Collins is just the right balance of zesty and sweet and oh, so refreshing! And it may even tempt the sun back out! 

Spring Collins

50ml Manchester Gin Distillers Cut
35ml fresh lemon juice
25ml elderflower syrup
Soda water, to top up
Slice of cucumber and edible flowers, to garnish

Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice and build your cocktail inside. Garnish with edible flowers and a cucumber.
