Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  • The Promoter of this prize draw is Craft Clubs Ltd of ADDRESS: Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD
  • This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over, based in the UK, who complete the survey in full. The prize draw is not open to employees of the promoter or Craft Clubs Ltd, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.
  • To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the survey. No purchase is necessary.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
  • The closing date for the Prize Draw is the time and date indicated on the survey invitation e-mail. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. The Prize Draw will be made on the date specified on the survey invitation.
  • Five winners winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions no later than 15 working days after the closing date.
  • The winners will be notified by the email they submitted within their completed survey to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within 5 working days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  • The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
  • The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
  • Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
