Dark & Tawny
30ml spice-led gin such as Tarquin’s Cornish Christmas
25ml Campari
25ml Tawny Port
15ml cold brew coffee
Clementine twist and dark chocolate shavings, to garnish
Add your gin, Campari, port and coffee to an iced mixing glass. Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds and then strain into a rocks glass packed with ice. Spray over the oils from the clementine peel, then add to the glass along with some shavings of dark chocolate.
