This Elderflower Cocktail Will Make You See Fairies

Elderflower has been linked with magic and fairies. This delicious cocktail made with bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial will leave you feeling so magical you might see a fairy!

Gin & Elderflower Cocktail

50ml Richard III Gin
25ml bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
20ml lemon juice
Rosemary sprig and two cocktail cherries, to garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add your ingredients and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a rosemary sprig and two cocktail cherries.
