Cocktail: London Buck

The Big Smoke has its fair share of gin cocktail namesakes – and for a city so long obsessed with the spirit, that comes as no surprise! As simple to make as a G&T, the London Buck makes a great alternative to your late night libation.

Method:

Pour gin and lemon juice into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger ale. Stir and serve with a wedge of lemon as garnish.

Ingredients:

50ml dry gin
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger ale, to top up
Lemon wedge, to garnish
