Ingredients:
35ml gin
12.5ml fresh orange juice
12.5ml triple sec
1 tsp strawberry jam
Franklin & Sons wild Strawberry & Scottish raspberry, with cracked black pepper to top up (Available in Ocado & Tesco)
Orange wedge, to garnish
Method:
- Shake the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker packed with ice, then strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with Franklin & Sons Wild Strawberry & Scottish Raspberry with cracked black pepper.
