Cocktail: Bloody Mary-lebone

The Bloody Mary cocktail that is best known as a hangover cure is said to have been created in the 1920's when American bartender, Fernand Petiot mixed up equal parts of tomato juice and vodka. Here, we prefer gin - July's Gin of the Month, Marylebone Gin, in fact! Try out this amazing twist on the American classic below - with or without the hangover!

Bloody Mary-lebone

Ingredients:

40ml Marylebone Gin
15ml Port
15ml lemon juice
15ml Worcestershire sauce
7 drops tabasco
Pinch of celery salt and pepper
100ml tomato juice

Method:

Combine your ingredients in a Collins glass packed with ice and stir. Garnish with celery and a cinnamon stick.
