Blackberry and Lemon G&T

This gorgeous medley of sweet and zingy flavours brings new life into any gin and tonic combination.

Method:

1. Muddle together lemon juice, blackberries, mint and sugar syrup.
2. Add ice and top with gin and tonic water.
3. Stir well, and garnish with a slice of lemon to serve.

Ingredients:

60ml gin
30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
15ml sugar syrup*
Tonic water
4 Blackberries
5 Mint leaves
Lemon slice, to garnish
