Cocktail of the Week: Spice As Nice

February's Gin of the Month arrived this week, and we know that our members are already loving their limited edition Edinburgh Valentine's Gin.

No wonder - it's a gorgeously aromatic gin whose botanicals include lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, pine and heather, as well as an infusion of rose petals and hibiscus flowers.

Here's a deliciously spicy concoction that's designed to complement the lemongrass notes in the gin. Cheers!

Spice as Nice

70ml Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin
70ml ginger beer
Fresh lime juice
Sugar syrup
Fresh coriander
Lemongrass

Muddle fresh lime, sugar syrup & fresh coriander. Top up with Edinburgh Valentines Gin and ginger beer, stir with a lemongrass garnish to mix.
