Chocolate Orange Martini
Ingredients
25ml gin
25ml crème de cacao
15ml cointreau
10ml orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
Grated dark chocolate
Ice
Method
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Dampen the rim of a chilled coupe glass with orange juice and dip it into the grated dark chocolate. Strain the contents from the shaker in to the glass and serve with a orange twist.
