Gin, orange, lemon: this easy martini-style cocktail is bursting with sunny citrus flavours!

The bells would definitely be ringing in celebration of this delicious St Clements Martini, which combines smooth gin with rich orange liqueur, sweet simple syrup and tart, zingy lemon juice!

This cocktail is a cheeky - boozy - take on a traditional non-alcoholic drink, the Saint Clement’s!

The original alcohol-free mocktail is, in turn, named after the classic English nursery rhyme, ‘Oranges and Lemons’ as a nod to its primary ingredients: equal parts orange juice and bitter lemon. We’ve taken the concept for this delicious flavour combination and given it a ginny overhaul to create a fabulous, citrussy cocktail!

Where the traditional recipe calls for equal parts orange juice and bitter lemon (or lemon juice, depending on who you ask) served over ice in a highball glass, we’ve replaced the orange juice with lovely, warming orange liqueur, added a double measure of citrus-led gin (or your favourite London Dry will also be just fine).

A squeeze of refreshingly tart fresh lemon juice is then balanced with a little sweetness from the simple syrup.

The result? A refreshing, warming and bright Martini-style tipple. Cheers!
